Gond March 10, 2008 Share Gond Member March 10, 2008 My sister has bad Psoriasis. She gets perscription stuff from her dermitologist and also has a sun bed thing that she uses. Back when it first started for her my dad built her a sun box out of plywood and sun lamps...worked for a while but now she has a nice one she bought. So, I guess sun does help. She has never mentioned the gluten thing and her husband has celiac disease so he always eats gluten free. I may mention this to her though & see if she has heard about it.
