I probaly wont get any weight lifting done seeing as i am on vacation... but i will try to get in some cardio!

 

 

what you guys got going this week??

expecting to to lift/run/swim tom. atleast 3+ hours at the rec min

 

 

people over look this but swiming is one of the best work outs you can give your body... works every muscle and is rewarding...

 

 

day 4 of spring break... still piggin out =x
