k guys... This is where you post up your work out plan/goals for the up-coming week! Legs, Arms, Toning, etc. There will be one of these new topics opened every week of the workout plan... where we can post up what we want to work on for the week.

yeah what the hell! come on guys. i don't know where you all are but we gotta keep on keepin on!

 

IT'S WORK OUT TIME!

 

 

im doing everything.. full body 8-5-5-5 reps.. strength training.
