[Mmmm]Homer April 3, 2003 Share [Mmmm]Homer Member April 3, 2003 Suggestions: go to Phillips web site and find specs, what audio processor it has. Search internet, Tom's harware, Anandtech for reviews on this chipset.

mrX April 4, 2003 Share mrX GC Alumni April 4, 2003 Avoid at all cost if it is a PSC 703 if you want to use it for CS and voicecomm. It simply doesn't work. Spent a long time trying it. Not sure about any others, but that's about what I paid for my philips card at best buy, and could never get it to work with CS for voicecomm. It's sitting in the box in the closet atm. Tried to explain to the tech I spoke with the problem with CS. Just got frustrated after 5-6 e-mails with direct quotes from their website that had nothing to do with the question I asked. Otherwise tho, the sound was good for music and surround sound type stuff.
