[LaW]Maverick June 5, 2009 Share [LaW]Maverick Member June 5, 2009 (edited) I need a new battery for my car, and I keep coming across these Optima batteries...what I want to know is, should I but the Yellow-Top or the Red Top? The red top has more CCA, but the Yellow top says it's a "deep cycle" battery, which supposedly means it can die completely and be recharged without damage. That's a good thing.
