NinjaFish March 3, 2011 Share NinjaFish Member March 3, 2011 Well I was banned about 8:10 PM CST on 3/3/11 on your L4D2 10 vs 10 server (great server BTW!) and I wasn't doing anything but playing. My steam id is # 83 1 "^0[^2X^7m^1K^0]Ninja_Fish" STEAM_1:1:22084879 0 ^ also my name is in there too which is Ninja_Fish on steam with some name binds for call of duty. There's nothing else here I can really tell you except I was playing just fine on the server when I startled a witch and said "truck how'd I startle the witch?" in the text chat. A few minutes later i'm banned from the server. I'm picking up that you guys probably have a swear filter on the server? If so thats fine with me, I just wasn't aware of it. Please unban. samurai nightling March 3, 2011 Share samurai nightling Member March 3, 2011 Because of the nature of L4D2, we can't limit swearing like we do in CS:S and other games, but using the F word is definitely out as well as any racist/crude remarks we may deem offensive. Being voted off auto bans the player for 5 minutes. It's written into the game that way. That numbers guy needs to have an eye on him. I've kicked him before for rushing and he continues to do it so next time he does it, I'm going to ban him for 24 hours. He's a regular, so he should know the rules.
