Fight for the Leaderboard

Ok, so I had recently got a game called Retro City Rampage, they have challenges you can do (in the main game or through the menu system) in which no matter the score gets on the leaderboards, but if you score hi or fast enough you can get 1st.

 

So this player and I WERE battling for first place, which I documented. They tried to beat me again yesterday for less than hour, since I was checking every hour except when I had to make dinner and eat it. They've had yet to touch the game since.

 

Day 1-1: I had just completed the challenge and tried for a better time and got first, rather easily.

Day 2-1: Tthe person in 2nd saw that I had gotten first and tried for a better time, and they did. (person Coldcut333 starts to battle for first, so do I), it only takes me a few minutes to best his score and reclaim 1st again. I then also try for a better score for him to beat.

Day 2-2: Again he sees that I had bested him in time, to which he bests me in time, to which I best him time, again.

 

Day 2-3: He yet again reclaims 1st, since it is late in the day for me (about midnight), I decide to play something else.

 

Day 3-1: Let him have a moment of glory and swiftly take back 1st place (to which the game errors out and gives 1st for a few hours)

 

Day 4-1: He sees I beat his time again, and tries to take back 1st....

 

Day 5-1 (day of posting): They've havent touched the game, then that one unseen hour when they tried to beat my time, I assume they've given up since they would almost immediately try to beat the score. They would play the game for hours (they have 125hr play time, while I have 21hr.)

 

Day 5-2: Decided to pad my score a bit, see if this guy can beat it or not, I hope they come back, as I find this fun.
