Unable to join server after paying membership fee

Hello,

 

I recently (a few days ago) purchased a membership. For the first time since then, I am trying to join the server tonight but I keep timing out. I'm wondering if there is a possibility that something got messed up with the membership joining process.

 

I've verified that my firewall is not the issue (I do QA for an enterprise firewall). Any suggestions?

Steam reserves get patched in manually to the server lists. Also I should have made a welcome thread. Forgot to check new members last night. My bad.

 

Depere eh? My old Central-East Central WI stomping grounds. Also, Capers defenses are all but unstoppable with a lead. Playing from behind they tend to get too conservative, and when confronted with something new almost always struggle. No answer for K tonight.

 

Mookie or JC will get you patched in ASAP; might not be until tomorrow though.

Weird, you were patched in yesterday by Mookie. Checked the membership list and the admins.cfg file, you're in both.

 

Next time you connect, can you take a screenshot of the message it sends you plus your console at the time you're unable to connect?

he's having a connection timeout error so it wouldn't be anything on our side except maybe an ip block.

Can you post a traceroute to the server? l4d.gcftw.com
