The answer is neither, since the person who did didn't invent the segway, he was just the owner of the company.

I read there once that by 2015 panda's will have taken over the world using tanks that fire bamboo.

 

On the other hand a wrong question is always possible. I got most of them, including the segway one off the show QI, and it's possible i misinterpreted one.

 

I checked it and it is indeed not the inventor of Segway, but the one who owns the company who drove off the cliff:

I'll correct it later today. Thinking about it i'll probably change all the questions up, and perhaps some of the tunnels too.
