BrohamMC December 27, 2013 Share BrohamMC Member December 27, 2013 ok so for christmas i got a second monitor and a wall mount it is mounted on my wall and the main purpose i got it was so i could play games such as smite and then have the internet pulled up on the other monitor. but for some reason when i go into smite all set up my second monitor shifts to the right so it only shows like a half to maybe a 1/3 is showing. and then my desktop takes out the other half so i only have like a sliver of the internet. Pleas if someone has a solution to this problem reply would be very helpful, my laptop res is .1920x1080 and my 22 inch monitor is at 1600x900

MaRvIn December 28, 2013 Share MaRvIn Member December 28, 2013 (edited) Oh, well I know nothing of Nvidia. I have no problem when I hook my laptop up to a second monitor using an AMD card. Though, I will look into this and try to help you out. Edited December 28, 2013 by MaRvIn

farberio December 28, 2013 Share farberio Member December 28, 2013 Assuming you want to play on the laptop monitor, I would go into your windows monitor settings and verify that the laptop screen is set to your main monitor. I would then check in game what your monitor settings are and make sure the resolution matches. It sounds like your game suddenly started choosing a bigger resolution? Just a thought. What OS are you running?

Madvillain December 28, 2013 Share Madvillain Member December 28, 2013 The Nvidia settings layout isn't too different from AMD however all the work should be able to be done in the Windows display management.
