What should I use for iPhone data transfer to PC? phone/mp3

So I need to save ALL data from my iPhone on PC, including notepad notes, phone book contacts, everything else that is not in "iTunes back-up". Plus I need it to be legible.

Please Help.

 

I know there are tons of software on the Internet, but I need one that works 100% and doesn't come with some malware or viruses.

Why? No, seriously.

 

I needed to do this to migrate from iPhone to Android. I didn't find anything that would grab everything reliably.

 

- Notes: Synced to iCloud. Also switched to Evernote to avoid this in the future.

- Contacts: Synced to Google. Use that as my primary, now.

- Calendar: Already on Google (or Exchange for work).

 

I didn't care about app data, but in case I ever went back (and I did), I made sure to a full backup through iTunes.

 

So, seriously. Why?

Simple answer, my phone is old, and I don't have money to buy new one, so i'm thinking to switch to Nokia.

Before you do anything drastic, have you looked at T-Mobile lately?

IMO, I'd just focus on getting the contacts out. Most of the other stuff in your phone isn't going to transfer to your new one. Don't throw your old phone away, reference it as needed (notes, it seems like) and don't over complicate it.
