Limiting a class for players

The random tank thing always made victory more of a game of chance.  Victory was often a matter of which team got a tank that knew what the hell he was doing.  Even the most airtight choke points can be utterly wasted by a new player.  I for one hope to never see that again.

Having a random player get a purchased tank will result in even more lopsided games.   When I am on a team with newer players, vs a team of experienced players, at least I know I can keep us in the game by getting a tank at a certain point on most maps.  If I know the tank is going to go someone randomly, I know we have no chance of stopping the other team.  Killing most of the other team 3/4 through a map with a tank at the perfect spot, vs all 10 getting to the saferoom keeps the scores from getting way out of hand.
