My arms

My arms are going okay right now and I curl around 40-60 lbs. It isn't that great but I'll keep adding weight each month. Do different types of curls like reverse, sitting, standing, etc... Like a 15 lbs dumbbell would work well also. I'm pretty weak so you might want to use a 20-25 lbs dumbbell. If you're just starting though go with the smaller weights. This worked for me, so I'm not going to say it's going to work for you. You could try it though.

best way to work your arms that i have found is by getting a curling bar and doing what i cal 21's they are called other things and you can do dif reps with them. what u do is.....

 

7reps > arms straight down and curl up halfway

7reps > arms halfway up and curl all the way up

7reps > just do a full curl

 

 

doing those with dif weights and dif reps really helped my arms.

i have 17.5 arms and im 6 feet ..205 lbs ..bench over 370 lbs.i ve been lifting heavy all my life..in my case lifting heavy is good. with arms u can actually get away w/ it doing it twice a week since it only needs 24 hrs to recuperate.. try to go heavy 1 day and semi light the next time u do them. when i say heavy 6-failure reps. 3 exercises biceps and tri's.
