Playaa March 22, 2004 Share Playaa Member March 22, 2004 no more walking on the uneven hilly pavement that put my legs in such pain (although my calves are rock hard again...but it didn't take much to get them back to that point anyway) this treadmill blows though...it's so cheap that if I turn on the power it doesn't have enough power to keep me moving...so basically I just turn off the power and use my movement to move the treadmill by putting a little bit of force against the handles at the top. Maybe I'll get a better one down the road but for now this was free and works fine.
Guest PDO March 22, 2004 Share Guest PDO Guests March 22, 2004 I prefer being outside... Gives you fresh air, and if you get tired halfway through you can't just quit, you at least have to keep walking =)
CowboyFromHell`X March 23, 2004 Share CowboyFromHell`X Member March 23, 2004 Yeah I remember when I used to run outside I'd be far away from my house and thinking that I'd die if I walked or ran anymore. But you do feel better afterwards.
