careful doing heavy squating weights kruten, really easy to mess your back up, especially if you don't have alot of experience doing them. plus, at this point who really cares what your max is, focus on learning the gym and the exercises, and proper form for them all.

ur really limiting yourself by having no sort of bench or anything like that. Off the top of my head for upper body you wanna start doing deadlifts, which is a really complex and difficult movement, so I highly reccomend you start light and maybe look on the net for examples for proper form. also with the barbell you can do bent rows, cuz from what i read in your post you're not touch on your back at all which both these exercises do. also you can do fly's, whether it incline or flat, primary muscles worked is pec majors and secondary is bi's, so ur doing the do muscle groups you were asking about. any other questions just shoot, I use to be a personal trainer so i know lots of stuff, and im also pretty 'heavy' into weightlifting myself

I understand that it was my attitude that got me banned, and no doubt telling an admin to grow up threw some more fuel on the fire. I just didn't think that joking around with a couple players and using the word "lame" and then questioning why I'm not allowed to use it would get me kicked, and essentially banned. And yes I did tell him to grow up, once before I was kicked if memory serves, and then once after, prior to being banned. The reason I said this is because I couldn't believe that an admin would rag on a couple of regulars who were obviously joking around, and using the word lame in a not what so ever malicious manner. I guess what it comes down to is me thinking that it's "dumb", if I'm allowed to say that, that an admin would get so worked up over the words that were exchanged. I figured that if gc thought it to be such a terrible word, they would just throw it in with the swear filter's list of nono's. Further, I think the context in which the word was used in this case made the situation that much less of a threat.

Mr. X, in my post I was hardly trying to call the admin names or "make fun of him". I was simply restating what I had said in the server, and trying to give reason to it. I understand that you want me to post and be all apologetic for what I have done, but I'm sorry, I can't apologize for what I believe was wrong and an unnecessary use of force. I know I shouldnt have questioned him in the server, but I did. I've played on the gc servers for quite some time, I'm even close friends with some of it's members and have a great deal of respect for them, but in this case I felt it necessary to voice my oppinion despite the fact that it would most likely get me in trouble. I understand that I broke your rules, and I know that I could have ended it by simply apologizing, but I think in certain situations some of the admins are going beyond the known gc level of heavy moderating and abusing their powers. This is the point I am trying to make in my previous post. Im not just trying to belittle an admin by calling him names, I'm trying to stress that I think in this situation the admin abused his powers. Essentially debate his integrity.

Lunk, I'm aware that I'm not supposed to talk back to admins, especially on the server, which is why I got in trouble. I found what he said to be kind of silly and thought he was making a big deal out of nothing, and I got banned for talking back. I understand this part, I know the gc rules and I knew what I was getting into, but then I tried to follow the rules and follow what the banning admin instructed me to do; take it to the forums. All this gained me was a permanent ban and my thread being locked. Kind of counter productive.

Alright, so I'm sort of confused. Just before Bothrops banned me, he says for me to take it up on the forums. So what he actually meant i guess was to take it up on the forums and try to stand up for yourself so we can arbitrarily permanently ban you from all our servers for you trying to justify what you did. I'm not trying to be a jerk here, I honestly just don't understand the mechanics behind it all. I guess I would have been better off if I just sat idley by and didnt try to explain my actions??

Honestly, I found it humorous at first that an admin would get confrontational over a couple people joking and using the word lame, and then actually get hostile over it. I did question you, and I did tell you to grow up because I wanted to. I don't know what else to say, I honestly find it childish that you would get so worked up over people using the word lame in a joking, non malicious manner. I completely accept and understand the gc rules and their no swearing policies and such, and I know I'm supposed to bow down as soon as a gc admin speaks, but I felt in this case that the admin was just being rediculous.

hehe, that use to be my name sim Mag, I apologize for calling you a jerk in that case, I guess I must have misinterpreted what you said those times. And Fatty, I'm aware that my mouth can sometimes get me into trouble, sometimes I voice my oppinion when it shouldn't be, and in the future i'll attempt to curve this habit when gaming on your servers.

Time was like, 4 on march 12, I believe I was playing with admins Fatty and Magruter on the stock css server, playing italy. One of my teamates took several shots at me untill he finally hit my head with an ak, so i shot him back once in his groin, and although I can understand how that is unnacceptable, I do believe that if people are going to play on a server with ff they should take more care before shooting at others. Also, this person, a member of the British clan WoA or something like that had shot several other teamates prior to this happening out of stupidity. I then thought nothing of it, and a moment later an admin message was on my screen from Magruter stating that if I do it again I would be banned. I figured this a fair warning, although I dislike how he has to be such a..mm, I want to use another word, but i will say I dislike how mag always hides behind his high horse of admin power. For example, you'll get much better results if you dont be a jerk to players and treat them with the same respect you would like. Anyways, following this I proceeded to call Magruter a genuine jerk, which he obviously took offence too, as I expected he would. I have several reasons for deciding to call him this, one stated previously above, others being that he constantly accuses me of cheating, and I in general believe him to be an extremely sore loser. I have told him several times to leave me alone basically, but i think he's accused me of cheating about 3 times now, which he has no grounds at all for doing, and is quite immature from my perspective. Anyhow, that's what happened, I don't apologize at all to Magruter and stick by what I said, I think he needs to grow up and learn how to lose as well as not hold grudges. I would like to be unbanned from your server, but if that means apologizing to someone who I think owes me an apology if anything, then I unfortunately can not oblige, and whether or not you decide to unban me, it's been a pleasure playing on your servers gents, and best of luck to you
