Here are some wines that my wife and I like to drink...(I'm not into Grigio)... French Beaujolais (Red) - 2003 was one of the best year's 'ever' for Beaujolais. And 2003 are plentiful in stores and are priced in a very good range $20- $30, anything that says 'Moulin a Vent' will be excellent. Cotes du Rhone (Red) - My personal very favorite wine is 'Cotes du Rhone, Les Cranilles, 2004'. This wine is made by the three gods of the Rhone 'Cuilleron, Gaillard and Villard'. For years these three friends got together and celebrated the harvest together, then one year they decided to make a wine together that celebrated their friendship. The best part is, this is a $25 wine! Alsace (Reisling White) - If you're ever looking for a good Riesling pick out anything from the Alsace region of France. They are all great wines. One great (and pricey) Riesling from Alsace is 'Damaine Weinbach 2003' - Although usually considered a desert wine, I find it goes great with poultry. I served this with Christmas Turkey this year. Australian Shiraz (Red) - Yalumba and Hugo are my favorite producers for $20-$30. If you want something a little higher end buy yourself a 'Glaetzer - Barossa Valley (2004),' this wine is the essence of what a very good Shiraz is all about. Grenache (Red)- Australian makes some of the best Grenache in the world. I had some Murray Street 2002 and Bethany 2002 which were wonderful for under $30. German (Reisling White) - Anything from the Mosel-Saar regions is usually delicious. Personal favorites are Fritz Haag and Willi Haag - every year is delicious. Cheers and enjoy.

New Monitor...woohoo!

You know the difference for me is the brightview panel. I can't describe it any better than to say this monitor has a brightness to it that none of the other monitors could match. I looked at a ton of them in a few stores and all I could think of was how much better the picture on this monitor was. Cheers, Klink -

I'm having the same problem, very weird...and my choke is back up, which I only just recently solved. -
I just bought a new 19' LCD HP monitor and it pwnz. It's an HP f1905b ((not the older f1905) with 'Plasma-like' BrightView Panel, Anti-Glare Screen, Dual inputs (Digital & Analog), 1280 by 1024 native resolution, 500:1 screen ratio, 12 MS response time, auto adjustment and comes with matching stand alone speakers and DVI CABLE! I'm not sure what "brightview panel" means but the brightness level on this monitor is astounding . Highly recommended. Cheers, Klink

The Canadians will win the Olympics, we've just got too much talent and heart not to win.

The Steelers look hungry, they were ready for their game against Indy, I think they'll take it this year. ...Having said that, I have a soft spot in my heart for Carolina. Steve Smith is just a reckless undersized receiver and I love the way he always fights for the ball -I hope the Panthers win.

AWP does take skillz to master but less strategy and thus less teamwork. It promotes camping covering choke points with a one shot guarding system and I dislike this kind of game. The AWP simply does not promote a dynamic game, scopeless does. Scopeless, allows for more close combat situations and near escapes. Teamwork is a very important factor in Scopeless games. There is no better feeling than being taken down to 1-10 hps, killing the last terrorist and defusing a bomb - I find this kind of dynamism lacking in AWP games.
