I play alot of MW2 in my down time on-base, and i currently play on the 15" Zenith (with built in VCR) that the Army was kind enough to provide for me in my barracks. However, I feel an upgrade is needed, and have spent many hours looking for a good replacement. Plasma is out of the question, due to burn in, and LED-LCD's are pushing my budget. Basically, i'm looking for a 32" or smaller TV/monitor that would be optimal for gaming on. I'm impressed by a few models already, but would like your opinions on certain features. 120hz: i read that this is a pretty important feature for gaming, as it reduces motion blur quite a bit. contrast ratio: what is a good number, because i see numbers from 10k to 4M, and i really can't tell that much of a difference... 720p vs 1080p: really that big of a deal? i've heard that xbox just upscales 1080p from 720p anyways Tv vs monitor: what are the pros and cons, performance wise? i'm not really worried about size, but if i got a monitor, it would have to be 24" or larger, so for this reason i'm leaning towards tv's i don't really care about all the little frillies that tv's are coming out with these days, so netflix, youtube, skype, ...one button pizza ordering...i just want the raw product. a Tv with little to no motion lag and accurate colors. Hey all, I haven't been active on the servers or forums for a while, as I've been away in basic training after i enlisted last july. The new site looks great! What all has changed since I've been gone? any news? I don't have a pc to play CS:S, but i have a 360 and play MW2 regularly, and occasionally, halo3 (whenever my friends force me to ha) If you wanted to add me, my gamertag is 'mistah ARK' I don't know if any of you remember me, but browsing around for the last few minutes has brought back some laughs, I'll probably be logging on here consistently again. good to be back, GC!

FINALLY no more school! just graduated from cambridge-isanti high school, june 10th! only thing is... what the crap do i do now? I'm sure i'll figure it out I've applied at multiple places already; one of which is geek's dad xD Hopefully i'll be attending a music school this fall; Forerunner Music Academy (FMA) at the International House of Prayer (IHOP) If you missed my graduation party, you are welcome to send me cards with lots of money! If I was the punisher, i would park my car under the street light, get out, leave the door open, then proceed to empty my wallet on the drivers seat. after this, i would go load up with all the airsoft death of the grapple clan, and wait in the darkness...for any foolish little kid dumb enough to try it again xD oh, and by the way geek, i would definitaly aid in this process. no doubt about it. but then theres always the trust issue... =/ ya win some ya lose some, right?

i was playing just a few minutes ago, and there were several tkers at the beginning of the rnd who would attack, reload and attack more, obviously not an accident, so i killed one or 2 i think...just cuz it was so early in the round and i wanted to stay in. they were later banned, and i was watching a tunnel, and suddenly a terrorist stepped oround the corner, but just as i fire, my teammate walks right in front of me... so i put 2 in the back of his head accidentally, which some how killed him in 2 hits? anyways so yah, it was completely by accident, and i would appreciate it if i could get an unban plz? thank you, eph i was playing on my dad's account btw, the name and steam ID was "EkauQ<eph's dad>" STEAM_0:0:5182682
