  1. I've played cs_haste a few times on scopeless and it's a lot of fun. Maybe we could try this out on West too?
  2. Pyro, head over to the banned section: http://www.gamrs.co/forums/in...php?showforum=4
  3. Thanks for the tip on the HW/SW/CW forum Bandit - I didn't know that was there This problem is specific to CS:S packet handling by the router though, or so I've been led to believe on other forums. If this thread would be more appropriate elsewhere, please move it (and thanks!), but I'm hoping for responses from CS:S players on this specific issue...
  4. Man, I'm having no end of problems with my Linksys BEFSR11 router... Dropped connections, all kinds of in-game issues (packets out of order, missing, etc...) and I'm about at my wit's end! I've read a number of forum threads out there about how crappy the firmware is for Linksys routers and CS:S functionality. Just wondering: does anyone else run Linksys at home? If so, what version of firmware do you use? The latest on the website is 1.46.2, but I've had to continually revert to older versions. Looks like I've found a stable one at 1.40, but if anyone has any suggestions that'd be great!
  5. Junkyard looks very cool, but I can't see castiglion from work Dust_pcg looks like a slightly modded dust2, but it could be a very welcome change as well. Nice finds Forz!
  6. I've only played Compound a dozen or so times now, and I'm not big on it either. It's very cool to have some variety though, so whatever it takes
  7. Some nights this gets pretty bad... it's a pretty safe bet that many players will go CT on Aztec and T on Italy, but I also see a lot of switching to the winning side. I agree that teamwork wins games, but two guys going 30-3 on the same team can pretty much control the outcome on their own. I also agree that Admins should confront people who constantly jump to the winning side, and in my experience they usually do, but the owness is on players to even things out in the first place. I know ethical gaming is very rare in CS:S, but I think if it's found anywhere GC is the most likely place. I switch to the losing team pretty regularly, unless I'm already on it, and there are a few other guys who do the same. I think it's moreso the newer players who team stack, so maybe a quick note could be added to the join message? That way when an Admin gets on someone's case for stacking or constant switching he'll have the join message to back him up. Just a thought
  8. I won't be able to make that weekend... I'll be camping Fri/Sat and going to the Pearl Jam concert here on Sun. If it goes ahead I hope everyone has a blast; if not, I'll look forward to the following weekend
  9. confuseD^ STEAM_0:0:2991905 @ 21:30pm MST, WEST stock Multiple team kills... Whitey can confirm
  10. Hey Krazy, go here: http://www.gamrs.co/forums/in...php?showforum=4 Make sure to read the unban request guide
  11. Yep, keep the details coming. Sounds like fun
  12. The new map rotation is great... Inferno and Clan Mill make me very happy (even with the lag I get on Inferno - sigh). Kudos!
