Yeah, Maya is perhaps a bit big. We had 6 players on last night for the map, and we did have fun. If its turns out that its to big and not enough bang, we could let it go. Although with all the city/office/desert maps out there, it was nice to see some thing much different. Shaftiel

I ment to talk to DNA last night about how to upload maps and such, but I got caught up in all the fun . If Loki or DNA can send me instructions for the upload and install onto the server I'd be happy to add these maps and anyother customs we come up with. I think we can safely remove Wolfenstien, it emptied the server last night, and we have beach assault which is roughly the same layout, without the anoying inner structure. Helms deep was universaly decried as possibly the worst map ever made, so we might be good removing that as well. Although some did like the novelty aspect of it. I have no idea how complicated this is, but would it be possible to change the auto vote so that it included mostly customs, with only one or two stock? If its really a pain I gues we will live, but when we advertise areselves as a custom map server, but only allow voting for stock maps... seems counter productive ya know? Anyway, thanks for the oportunity to try and do my part Alvin. I appreciate it Shaftiel

Well, the server ranking went down (good direction) by roughly a thousand spots. Still pretty poor rank, but an improvement none the less. Hopefully we can continue in that direction in the comming days and months. Shaftiel

Thanks to everyone who came out tonight! We had a blast! I played from 5:30pm - 12:00am, and we had 5 - 10 people on a team through most of that time. We are always looking for other fun custom maps. If you have one in mind please let us know. We will add it and give it a try Shaftiel

Greetings! If you use to be a regular on immutable, would like to play on some new and interesting maps, or just want to play with some fun people, please come by around 6pm pst. I will be on, and if even only 5 or 6 others show up, we will have a great time playing on some of the custom maps we have on Immutable now. Please, if you are able, also join us in Vent. Its a blast! Back in October Immut had around 20 players on nearly all day long. A good 60% of those were members or regulars. If we could just get even 10 or 12 of those guys back playing on Immut we would be fine. Unfourtunatly very few seem interested in trying to help out, or they have simply disapeared. If we could have some sorta theme night next week based around the custom maps we have, perhaps we could entice those that strayed back onto the server. I'm not certain what fun mods or such are out there besides Zombie and Gun Game (both of which are scheduled on Retro). DNA? Loki? Others? Any ideas would be very much appreciated. I think we need an exciting event that will bring the regulars back so they can see what they have been missing. I just hope this custom config works out soon... Not I. I have never understood the need to deal with big crowds, long waits in line, and the rush to get a good seat, just to be one of the first 2 - 5 million people to see a movie. I'll wait until Tuesday to see it. I'm sure I'll enjoy it much more without the rat race and stress. Shaftiel

If someone can tell me where to look and how to prepare the maps, I'll do it. But first we need to see if the Gun Game option for West is viable. Shaftiel

well, I agree with you DNA. A custom map server would be great! I really enjoy the custom map nights on retro. So if GG doesn't bring in sufficent numbers during its test period, perhaps we can try West as a custom map server. Shaftiel
