Right on! -American's as a whole are dumb.. We are manipulated into buying food to satisfy hunger, not to meet our nutritional goals... I'm very happy with my decision to cook 6 days a week instead of eating out.. I can make sure I get a well rounded diet that way.. I must admit I'm guilty of not taking multi-vitamins or anything on a regular basis but I don't see any point in them, our ancestors never took them? lol

sign up for a dyndns account to avoid getting a static ip install dyndns client on your desktop pc forward port 5900 in your home router to your desktop IP (set static) Install UltraVNC (uvnc.com) and password protect it Install the Mirror Driver and make sure you check video hook driver in the server properties install vncviewer on ur pc at work (it's a single exe can sit on desktop) launch vncviewer - connect to ur pc hostname.dyndns.org - enter password and viola, remote pc control and it's all free!
