For those few of you who would actually be interested in seeing Duff, I am actually considering flying up from Florida to attend this thing. Can I get a bit more info (I have read what I can) on how much playing time appx this would be, about how long (I know 22-24, but starting about when and ending about when), and all liability issues that may be involved (who is protecting the comps while we sleep? for instance). Also, anyone know if they allow computers on planes (in a suitcase, obviously... but I also can't get a monitor in a bag really). Thanks all.

Big... First off, you were the LAST person I would expect to admit guilt. Now, I would expect the execclient from you, but not the lack of response on your end. I wasn't sure if you even heard me or not, or fergot about the glocker vote that you said you would post, so I was trying to remind you (do not remember being overly assertive about it, but I know sometimes I seem to be demanding when I don't mean to be). I seriously did NOT want to ruin your fun big, you are one of the few admins that I am comfortable with, almost friendly with. By all means, have all the fun with execclient you want, just fess up, and if I am not in the mood for it, then please don't do it =/ Last off, I did NOT post here to try and stir up some HUGE debate. I just wanted to let Mmmm know that I was rather dissapointed with their server, to the extent that I found myself not wanting to play there for the first time ever. Mmmm and I have definately had our ups and downs, bans and unbans, arguements and disagreements, but I still liked the server enough to donate a fair chunk of change towards server payments a few months ago. It is a shame that recently there has been a serious decline in the number of people that play on the trop. I hope one day we can get the number of regs back up to a full server most of the day, as it was 10, 12 months ago. I consider this topic closed, and I fully appreciate the response generated by Mmmm. You were sympathetic, efficient, and I felt that you did actually more than was necessary to remedy the situation. Thank you all for what has been said and done, and BigShaw, playing cs wouldn't be the same without you.

Well, I am glad to see some respect being issued here. As was stated in the link All Killer gave, many players come to play the game of CS, which involves careful planning of what stuff to buy which rounds, where to go when, etc. Part of playing cs is being able to shoot your gun. When you click the button to shoot and it says stupid things and doesn't fire a bullet, that isn't fun. At all. What is worse is when you tell the admin (who never identified him/herself, although only two were on, and I doubt it was BigShaw) to stop and they do/say nothing to change your config back, and instead change your name. I was upset about the fire bind being changed so they changed my name to something like "Quack- whine more plz" or something. Perhaps on S-T's old server, or some random dumb pub, I would expect such childish abuse, but not on a server mostly run by full grown adults who have children and wives and lives of their own. I apologize Linch for the line getting a life, but childish acts from grown up people suprise me. BigShaw may do something like that out of fun, but he would also sit there and openly laugh at me, and change it back upon request. That I don't mind. It is the anon bind/name changes that are laughed at only by the one person doing it that I don't like. I will likely continue to play the trop, because it has been a place to find old friends for a very long time now. However, I see that no longer are all the people on the trop my friends, which saddens me.

Mmmm used to have respect. They used to kick when needed, ban when needed, and moderate appropriately. But changing my fire button's bind, changing my name, that is taking it too far. I had respect for Mmmm, and for how they ran their server. For three years, in fact, I respected them. But when they stop respecting their players, I stop respecting them. Get a life, guys, and get real. Show some respect.

So you guys know, there is a full 660 meg file available at fileplanet.com from e3. That vid is 30 minutes long and great res.... I am currently slowly downloading it with my crappy local cable that is as inconsistent as can be..... Anyone see that one yet?

Ok. Think I am NOT going to donate any more money to the trop. Or perhaps I could get banned for saying 'what the heck', without warning or reason. That is cool. I hope you have the sense to unban me, but I didn't pay 50 bucks to you guys to get banned by someone who is ban happy. This is rediculous... I heard one guy say bi@#@ and another say s@#$ over mic, and all that happened to them was an admin t_say. I get banned for 'what the heck'. C'mon guys, get it together.

Well, after monitoring the thread posted by Mag for a while (too long, apparently, since it was closed), I guess I should comment. I am sorry for dropping the big one.... it was early morning with 3 ppl playing, and I got caught. I apologize. It is the only time I have, but I know my reputation preceeds me. I hope Mmmm won't ban me so quickly after my donation, but if that is the case, hopefully I can at least get a refund of some sort? I would like to offer up a couple of options that I am willing to commit to, if need be... I will let Mmmm decide which they prefer. 1) I can disconnect my mic when I play on the trop, and only type a few things related to battles, etc (meaning I can't relay enemy position over voicecom). 2) I will try my best to use the mic only to relay enemy position, etc, and become one heck of a boring, killing machine. 3) I will still chit chat with my friends on the trop, those friends I have developed over the past couple years, but think before I talk, always. I will also watch what I type. The choice is up to Mmmm. Obviously I would like to retain the ability to talk with my buddies, but if need be, or if it is required of me to keep from being banned, I will adhere to choices 1 or 2. Let me know.

Sorry Cong. I just hate when there is an obvious aimbot with bad aimbot 'shudder' that still has to be demoed etc. I understand you can't catch em all. The hack free thing... I know I didn't type that, but it really doesn't matter I suppose... just whoever changed it plz don't do that again in the future =/ Thanks again to you all.

Curious- Why do you change what I say? I have never shown a thing but respect for you guys, and you change what I say, and knock me more than the original poster. I was trying to reinforce what skipper said, as I have seen many instances of aimbot 'shaking', and it was extremely evident in this guy. Yes, ConGregation, I have adminned on 3 different servers, with a lot of experience doing so. I appreciate the fact that you review demos, but I have accused I think a whopping 3 people of hacking since I have played on the trop ever. All of them have been correct as well. I am simply asking for the respect that I show you to be returned. Not for my posts to be changed comically, and for everything I say to be twisted into something bad and then me be chastised for it. Thanks again.

I also was playing with Skipper this morning... the guys is still there, intentionally TKing as well now. Everyone playing agreed without question he was hack free, and rcon refused to do anything. The server right now is running about 10 people, as they all leave when they see the hacker. Please, have a little faith in the regulars. =(
