There should be no need to ban in the first place. Either clean up your act or don't play around here. I highly doubt, with the 30,000+ CS servers out there, that you're compelled to play here. The easiest solution is for you guys to just work on your attitudes. Then nobody gets hurt and everyone is happy.

Well, okay, this WAS going to be a "Soap Opera script" based around the community. You know, say someone is caught using hacks which eventually leads to TaPe marrying wilco and secretly having X's baby.

I don't get the mentality of asking to be banned. If you hate it SOOOO much here, why didn't you just leave beforehand? Anywho, I think people need to stop blaming fatty for everything. Half the time he isn't even there and it eventually leads up to some punk kid and his friends trying to point the finger. I'm not defending fatty because he's the leader, i'm defending him because he's a GOOD leader. Most of the people around here have no problems with him whatsoever. Its only the people who've played here maybe 5 times and get banned for doing something stupid. Next time you get tinkled off, that's not fatty's fault. Its yours.

You can already use USB keyboards and mice on the PS2 for making selections and and typing in info. All they have to do is set an option to use it as a controller in a game, which they'll probably do for PS3 games, if not for up coming PS2 titles. The way I see it, Nintendo will eventually merge with Sony and Microsoft will continue to lose its 1 billion a year on the XBox (thats just for making the units (costs em 100 bucks more than what they're selling em for to make just one), regardless of sales) until they realize they're not fit for the console arena. They'll still be filthy rich without it, even if the residental market bottoms out. I'm sure the millions of corporations around the world aren't going to switch to PS3s for handling business (as cool of an idea as that is).

One of those 'Palace' things? I've used a few of those before and they're pretty neat. I have no clue how to incorporate that into the forums, as I think its a standalone program. You could always throw in a link to a java-based IRC client, which connects them to #mcc, #cccoalition, or whatever channel you want. That would probably be easiest.

I always use it as good game. In a negative way, "GG lag, bnet, hax" as in the game is over thanks to those (i.e. excuses). But usually I just use it as "nj, gg, adios". yada yada.

Are the shields really that good? If they are, that's waaaay too unbalanced.

I use a USB microphone (the one that came with SOCOM ). I just had to plug it in then readjust the microphone record settings in Sound control panel. Just changed it from my sound card to "USB Audio Device". Rebooted and it worked fine with both DirectX8 and 9. But yeah, upgrade to 9 if you've set up everything correctly.

So THAT'S what they call it these days....
