    Penty, Even if you change your name, yout ID number stays the same, so it should not affect stat tracking.

    I pancaked a guy with a Hellbender, I just caught him flush against a wall.

    Upon further review and in-combat tests I have found that the Flak Cannon and the Rocket Launcher are also great close combat weapons, and I love using the Shield Gun when I see a unsuspecting foe foolishly charging a node without looking.

    I always use the taunts that are part of the game and those are bad enough, my fav is "you like that".

    what is your weapon of choice. personally I like the link gun for close combat.

    All in all its pretty clean, but every once in awhile there is a idiot that come along. There is always that 10%.

    Every time it crashes I get a "bug report" from Atari, so far I have filled out 3 of them so they know about the problem with 3204.

    It was pretty bad last night, there is already a banner that says "keep it clean" so if they use a lot of foul language/insults they should be booted imediately.

    This is my first UT experience and I love it. BTW, a Lightning gun will make quick work out of a node camper.

    Every since I downloaded the 3204 patch I sometimes crash while in the heat of battle on the server, anyone else notice this?

    I was thinking the same thing with the IP addy, in the other game it had a "direct connect" tab and once activated it asked for both IP's, I will try the listen server and the direct IP input.

    between 2 computers with UT2K4? It seems that it should be possible in Deathmatch 1 vs 1, when I played C&C Generals, myself and a friend in California would "direct connect" our PC's for one on one battle, now he has purchased UT2K4 and wants to go head to head.

    I was playing some guyz over at Fragilicious.com and they have some crazy maps in rotation, we were battling in Super Mario World, Pretty cool.
