I'm gonna go into Advent Children completely blind. Never played FF7, but I know the big plot twist. I really really really really really hope SquareEnix revamps FF7 for the new console cause I'd buy a PS3 for it anyday

Lol, Lunks a big teddy bear. Ida probably told any player to be nice if they said "idiot," however, he appologized for it so I'm hopping you consider it water under the bridge. If you ever met Lunk in person you'd like him, he's always got a smile on, even when he's getting tk'ed in the head. If you ever have a problem with Lunk, just call him a nansy. You'll bond after that. gg

I always play with interpolat at 1 Its the interp that I dont like... I need to have it set >.05 for good registration. Saw the craziest thing today. I was on a box with a TMP, Lunk came around the corner and I shot down at him and emptied the clip. I saw every bullet hit the concrete floor behind me...and I only scored 7 or 8 hits (tmp did't kill him either). Never seen that before, just shows you how bad netcode can be sometimes.

We're hopping on a price point of about 500...hope hope hope. That doesn't inlcude online access, any games you'd like to buy at the time etc etc.

I was listening to the full FF8 sountrack MIDI's the other day. Just google them and you cand find them easily. Gamespot has a small review on the Japanese version plus some new gameplay footage and screenies. I'd look at all of them...but I'm at work and my cubicalmates are giving me too much crud today as it is.

Sony mentioned that they'd produce 1 million units a month upon release with a total of 6 million units produced by March. They're looking hard at 360's pitfalls on launch and trying to avoid as much of the snafu's as possible.

The only two things we (the bad sourceTV connects) could see were kills in upper right hand corner, and the first person view of the choosen player. lol

The great thing about UT is that hop number only really effects your ping but not so much your playing ability. Heck, in CS, if your ping is too high then your single deadly bullet aimed at someones head can completely miss and your recoil ensures you'll die before you get another chance. I could probably play extremely competativly with a ping >100 in UT...but I'm pretty much toast in CS with the same ping. So, how does the Dallas server play??

Something to look into for next time...had some video problems with SourceTV. Image was just a split screen with whoever was being spec'ed holding his gun and shooting/reloading. What was the cause of this, can it be fixed, is it server side, client side or none of the above? Oh, and did anyone make a demo?

ff8 was a story masterpiece! I wan't one that never got tired of the endless free summons with their long animations...gave me time to think anyway. Because I used the draw ability to draw full inventories of spells my characters became very powerfull. However, taking the time to draw spell was very very teadious. Still, I was a perfectionist with this game. I'm buying it. And the strat guide. I <3 FF8!!

Rasjad, the good franchises for nintendo, Zelda, Metroid....thats' all they got, thats all their gonna have. The Rev will be revese compatable to GameCube games so it's not a total loss. Nintendo knows handhelds, Sony knows consoles, Microsoft knows online. Find your niche and buy the system accordingly.

They mentioned that the time delay has already been figured into their stock earnings.
