I tried logging onto midwest today and the second I logged on I got disconnected and it said I was banned. I have no clue as to why I was banned. Please reply to this and hopfully I will be unbanned. -Irish

Hi, I play under the name prof.HATE, SteamId: STEAM_0:1:4689565. I play a lot of different servers, and I noticed recently I've been banned from: "Gcftw.com | FF | Stock | Midwest | Recrudescence". Unfortunately I don't remember doing anything ban-worthy, and I definitely don't remember being kicked from a server, or being warned about any dumb stuff I was doing on that server. I am curious to know the reason for the ban - if someone could provide this information I would appreciate it. I will definitely apologize if I actually was doing something stupid, but I know for a fact that I don't do anything purposely malicious when I play. I play CSS for the fun of the game - not to ruin the game for other people. Once in awhile I do stupid things like terrorizing the hostages, or spawn-attacking team-killers for retribution (in the hopes they'll get bored of being dead all the time and leave...). Anyway I'm curious to know the reason. Thanks,

Ok, so I said "BS" three times in 72.37.147.22:27015 and was banned for swearing. Obviously, I had a warning in the message from entering the server, and for this, i apologize. However, I feel that next time a warning should be issued from the admin to the individual, as the abbreviation "BS" isn't necessarily vulgar when used in the context of counter-strike. I see something happen that shouldn't have, and I spontaneously type "BS." It just so happens that this one gaming session turned into me being "BSed" (IMO) several times. Was playing in the server today like i do everyday and i got banned for some reason. Im thinking it might have been a mistake. But i would like to know why.

i was told by my friend that i got banned for "team stacking" which i didnt know what it was becaus i just got counter strike: source so he told me to try and get on his team so that we could fight together then it said i was banned.... plz unban me because GC is the only server i like... The reason why i was banned was probably because i was swearing, dont know i probably said something like "Lucky donkey nub" or something similiar. I admit to my stupidity and really do regret saying that, so i seriously do apologize to whom ever i said it. I was actually thinking about joining the .gc community, i really do like the servers and how active everyone is in them, so i figured i might join. Hello I was banned afew days ago, however then my ban got lifted and I was able to play again in the server. But tonight I tried connecting to the server and it says I'm banned again?

I have been playing on your servers for about 6-7 months now. Today I managed to get banned. Primarily , this happened because I bought an new mouse today (Logitech G5). The scroll button is very stiff compared to previous mouse (Logitech MX1000 Laser). Instead of scrolling to secondary weapon and left clicking, the scroll did not change weapon and I fred primary weapon when left clicking. I enjoy your servers because you dont permit the trash mouth teen-agers so prevalent on most servers and you encourage players to act civilized toward one another. Hello my name is L3ather_Fac3 and I was on your Gcftw no scope server and I was very drunk and acting pretty stupid. By saying inapporpriate things into the mic without really knowing or acknowledging the rules. However, I'm more than willing to change that because I have been playing in your server for a long time now and I really enjoy playing in it. There are some really fun and good players to play with that enhance my online gaming experience. So I would really appreciate if I could get unbanned and I will therefore improve my attitude and repsect other players and just increase the maximum fun possible. thanks

I've been out for a while, as you all probably noticed, and I went to log into midwest scopeless today and discovered that I'm banned. There were only 19 players on at the time, so it wasn't full. What's the deal?

So I've been playing off and on in GC for a few months when I'm real bored. I just started back up again playing lastnight and for some reason some teammates were complaining about me "camping." To be honest, people in pubs make me laugh, for example lastnight when people were calling strats and dying instantly. So I got smart and went the total opposite way as the team and somehow I had the best score out of the whole pub. I guess that wasn't good enough so some csls or clcs kid decides to talk trash to me so I went ahead and said something back to him. By this time Dirk (who i am assuming is an admin) says something to me about it also, I blow it off and go the opposite way as everyone else except one person, Dirk. He follows me around B tunnels and after I die he decides to kick me for my "attitude." If you people are going to get mad over something like, then so be it. So I come back today while the server was on italy, and I had some smart words for kids on my team. Well anyways, I supposedly said some nasty things to one of the members of .gc community (which I don't remember doing). So he goes running to someone with admin and tells them I've been saying some harsh things to him and he says I have a bad attitude and whatnot. So now I'm banned and I'm real sad To sum this story up, I only play here with my friends from s4h. You guys decide if I really need to be banned or not.

Okay, first and foremost I realize I broke a rule and accept the punishment, and I'm sorry, and doubt it will happen again. Short: I was banned for team attacking on CS:S Seattle Discharge. Long: My reason (not a very good one) was I asked if anyone wanted to trade my M4 for their AK, someone said yea, I dropped it, Shari Vegas picked it up and ran off with it. I said whats goin on man, and as I ran after him I shot him with my pistol. The second time I hit him (for a total of twice) he went berserk on me, unloading his whole clip (12 hits) into me, and said if I ever team attacked him again I'd be banned. I said ok, sorry, but you stole my m4. He followed up with some witty retort that I don't recall. Fast forward a few rounds and I hit him accidentally passing by and got banned for it. I didn't think much of it when it happened, and he didn't say anything after it either, just banned me. While I don't expect a full fledged explanation, it was just kind of sudden and he didn't act very ... professional about the whole thing. I just recently started playing CS:S again, and have fallen in love with the GC servers due to their maturity and professionalism (for the most part). I enjoy playing in the Seattle server particularly, where I get a slightly better ping and its not always full. I'd love to be unbanned for all of the aforementioned reasons. This happened Monday? I usually play on noscope Midwest server, but lately I've been playing on the midwest stock server. I was previously banned from all GC Servers, but it got lifted except from the Stock WestCoast Server(72.37.147.22: 27015) and I have never played on it before. Hello, To whoever it may concern, I got banned a little while ago from 72.37.147.22:27015. I really like your server but I just screwed up. I dropped the f-bomb and when an admin told me to stop I did, or so I thought. I used the word hell. When I tried to connect I receieved a message saying that I was banned from the server. Well, ive been banned from your CSS servers; Seattle, and West Coast (immutable). I'm assuming it was because i swore over the voice chat. I havnt had any problems with any of your other servers or people on them (probable because i was quiet) , i just slipped up a bit from being used to other servers (no excuse). I'm sorry for not paying more attention to the MOTD and/or any other warnings about not swearing. While being banned i hope you might concider my time off the server ample enough to realize that if i would like to continue playing here that i will need to tone down my language to please a more civilized crowd. I never come in here much nowadays since I'm not wreaking havoc as an admin. So I hadn't see it. Ya know, we might consider making the 'guide to unbanning' a paid service. You know, like gamespot has guides to games that cost $10. Generate more cash for the Fatty retirement fund ALSO! I could loan my services as an unbanning agent. Don't want to deal with testy admins? You got a friendly fire ban in Seattle when the guy that was screaming into the mic on CT was banned. Your name and his had a similar letter/number sequence. Sorry bout that.
