I am seeing mentions of people receiving e-mails stating that the game will ship instead on November 2nd. I hope this is wrong but like I said before, it would not surprise me considering Valve and the fact the CS Source beta is JUST starting. And they are supposed to be shipped at the same time.

AMD athlon 2500 (1.83gz) 1 GB RAM ATI 9500 PRO. What resolution do you think I will be able to run at? If all the settings were maxxed out, my computer would... 1) Beg for mercy and invoke the name of x86 processors 2) Grab a picket sign and start marching and chanting. 3) Flip out and march throught the circuitry wasting 'co-workers' 4) Do a mean impersonation of G. Coleman "Watchoo talkin bout, Willis?!" 5) Go 'Gone with the Wind' on me and talk frankly. 6) Start hearing voices always saying "FREEZE. THIS IS THE POLICE!" 7) Do a great impersonation of the robot dance. 8) File a complaint with PETAC (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals and Computers). 9) Fall into a quivering mass muttering about 'old days' and 'sidescrollers' and 'text adventures'. 10) Hold my RAM hostage for new upgrades.

Is it possible to create 2 steam accounts on the same pc? I want to be able to dl HL2 for free since I've got the coupon from ATI. But to do that you need to dl all the old games such as TF, HL and so on. I've already got a key for these games. So I can't use the key that I got from ATI. Anyone have ideas or suggestions?

Is HL2 and CS2 going to be released at the same time...are they in one package...I'm confused and I dont' feel like digging through the valve website to find info.

Neat thing, I know its almost impossible to do this in a game like Cs, but if there was anyway that they could do this it would change the gameplay so much. You know when you throw a real grenade, stuff blows up, well in cs nothing really happens, and when you throw a fb a little black spot shows up, which i guess is real for a fb tho. But when i throw a grenade i want to see peices of stuff fly around and see some textures on the wall missin and layin on the ground, know what i mean vern? i was thinkin about that last night as i fell asleep but oh well. heh

I found this information HL2fallout Next to the last post at the bottom. 8/17 HL2 stuff starts to preload via steam. Just in time for my Cable connection. OH YEAH!!!!! -

I really do not know much about HL2 multiplayer. Is there a deathmatch type of deal with it? From my understanding, CS2 is supposed to be the multiplayer part of HL2.
