1 month 2 weeks later (including a week long vacation of doing nothing)

 

 

increased my bench press from around 140 to doing 195 6 times today

 

 

woot ive also lost 5 pound but have prolly lost more fat than that and put on some muslce weight.....w00t w00t

Its cool how fast the gains are made when you first start working out...I love that. Keep up the good work and dont be discouraged if your progress starts to slow after a couple more months. A positive state of mind is VERY important when working out.

ya ive started to plateau just a litttle but that may be becuase i only got the the gym once last week cuz of a horrible amount of school work before i went awyay....ok time to set a goal

 

 

 

225- 5 times by end of june
