Member April 29, 2004 1 month 2 weeks later (including a week long vacation of doing nothing) increased my bench press from around 140 to doing 195 6 times today woot ive also lost 5 pound but have prolly lost more fat than that and put on some muslce weight.....w00t w00t Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Keep up the good work and dont be discouraged if your progress starts to slow after a couple more months. A positive state of mind is VERY important when working out.
