Preacher August 13, 2004 Share Preacher Member August 13, 2004 Actually there are a ton of security and just plain smoothness issues that SP1 fix, I wouldn't be without it myself. You can DL it and install it seperately from the internet if you prefer.

Preacher August 13, 2004 Share Preacher Member August 13, 2004 (edited) That looks like an OK deal but didn't the desk star get the nick "Deathstar" due to thier tendancies to fail after a short time? Here's a better deal Edited August 13, 2004 by Preacher
All Kill3r August 13, 2004 Author Share All Kill3r Member August 13, 2004 Rgr Birdman, thats the one i've been eyeballing. And its still cheaper then this raptor.... Preacher, thats a 160gig. We established that 120gig is the limit without SP1
NOFX August 13, 2004 Share NOFX Member August 13, 2004 I got the SP1 update I keep on my downloads HD. The main reason I use it is for USB2 support(my mobo requires it) I also have a 160 external drive. There is quite a few security updates, but if you got a router, you should be good
Preacher August 13, 2004 Share Preacher Member August 13, 2004 well cap it to 120 then when you see the error of your ways you can have an extra 40gb for storing all those naked pictures of Birdman
All Kill3r August 13, 2004 Author Share All Kill3r Member August 13, 2004 yea nofx im behind a router. 120gig backup / 40gig master = 160gigs total.
