One solution to m problem which doesn't work is change my refresh rate to 60hz and remove ALL applications that force a certain refresh rate, including those built into the ATI and nvidia drivers (just disable those). I was in a server that was 15 on 15, my ping was around 70, and I was 44-12 when I took the screeny. I love every aspect of the game so far.
