Clueless November 13, 2004 Share Clueless GC Alumni November 13, 2004 How old is your ATI card? Most of them have a 5 year warranty. My All In Wonder 9700 pro had a fan go out and they replaced it free,no problem. ATI's customer service is awesome, I purchased a new X800 Pro and it was bad right out of the box, and for my aggrevation they mailed me an X800 XT Platinum.
