Bubblegum Bandit December 10, 2004 Author Share Bubblegum Bandit Member December 10, 2004 I know how to restart the server. But, I don't know how to exec the banned configs. Can someone please explain how to do this? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> One of Fatty's earlier posts said that the banned configs are being erased when we restart the server. So...you have to ftp in, grab the banned_user.cfg and banned_ip.cfg and put them on your desktop. Go the the kronos, restart the server. Go back to the ftp, upload the banned configs and then I did these commands from console in HLSW: exec banned_user.cfg exec banned_ip.cfg At least that is what I did, I'm assuming that is right. Fatty December 10, 2004 Share Fatty GC Founder December 10, 2004 You don't need to do any of that, it does it on its own through the autoexec.cfg that we have in there.
urk?!? December 10, 2004 Share urk?!? Member December 10, 2004 Fatty, this was after you removed the admin plugins? If so, we have another problem ;/
Fatty December 10, 2004 Share Fatty GC Founder December 10, 2004 Yep. And nothing else has been changed (besides the addition of that map pack) Next time it's down I'll run the update which verifies all the files.
