Birdman January 8, 2005 Share Birdman Member January 8, 2005 (edited) Million Man Lan is even bigger. It's the biggest Lan Party event in North America who's only purpose is lan gaming. Other attractions like Quakecon and CPL bring more numbers, but the purpose for those events aren't just lan gaming. That's what makes MML impressive. I'll try to find some pics of the largest lan party in the world. I think it's held in Germany, and it's crazy large. Braden May 10, 2005 Share Braden Member May 10, 2005 (edited) I used to be staff at Lanwar and MML. They are fun events, but they are too much to handle. Most of the problems were from the sponsors and not the attendees. (ie. the near fist fight between AMD review folks and THG). We had about 15 staff members for the 1,000 person event (MML). I am not sure how big fragfest ohio is, but it might be something I might look into. Sometimes lan parties just get too big. A mid-size one might be kind of nice. Braden (I play on the GC midwest server) PS- I am in the big pic that fatty posted..... Where's Waldo? Edited May 10, 2005 by Braden

Fatty May 10, 2005 Share Fatty GC Founder May 10, 2005 We're not looking to go that big. We have 125 seats this year. It's questionable if we'll go any bigger. We like the family feel.....we're pushing that now. We'll just have to see.
