I have a friend who does the same kind of thing, just not to that extreme. One of those things you'd think you would notice a lot sooner.

Just buy it. I got it the last weekend they had it for $25. I'll try playing it more when summer comes in a few weeks. Work and school murder my daytime.

Yeah, we've noticed that the digital signal is crap around here too. It's partly because everyone's still in transition and still have to broadcast analog so they won't be running all the digital stuff at full power until February.

Prices went from 3.69 to 3.99 here. Everyone was lining up to get gas. Now we're just going to have a shortage from everyone emptying the gas stations and the prices will go higher.

If you want to save some money, you should be able to fix it. The convergence chip probably went out in it. If not that, then the mainboard may be shot too. If it's just the chip then it will probably run between $100-$140. If not, the cost of the board itself is up in that range too, so there's that plus labor charges. If it is 5-7 years old then it still has a few more years before it reaches the average lifespan of a TV.

Eh, I usually find the coffee energy drink mixes to taste like crap. I'll pick it up the next time I'm at a store though , as I've tried about every energy drink I've seen. Speaking of which, who tried Coca-cola Blak while that was around?

I plan to get out of GA as soon as I'm done with school. I would ride a bike a lot, but with the 90+ degree weather and the humidity, I don't like getting to my destination soaked in sweat.
