Because, if it is based on the former, the rank listings for the guns never seem to change! Maybe it's just not updating for me, anyone have any clues? It was causing lag on the servers so my guess they made it update once or twice a day. So its not just you, you have to wait around for it. So some non regular guy comes in kills 30 people with AK and never comes back to the server ever he now has a 30:1 ratio, and will sit there forever. Kill to Death ratio is better.
