I know those scales aren't very accurate, but it will server as a good base/reference point. I'm assuming quite a bit of muscle atrophy over the last 4 years since I quit working out, otherwise my target weight would be higher. Since I have been pretty much sedentary for the last 6 months to a year, I'm starting out slowly. WEEK I Monday: weight morning: 237 20 min on elliptical trainer weight evening: 239 Tuesday: weight morning: 237 20 min on elliptical trainer weight evening: 240 Wednesday: weight morning: 237 hr of ultimate frisbee weight evening: 239 Thursday: weight morning: 236 (sore as hell today from ultimate elliptical tonight) Friday: Saturday: 25 min run Sunday: 25 min run WEEK II Monday: weight evening: 239 Tuesday: weight morning: 236 20 min elliptical weight evening 240.... I think I'm going to forgo updating every day and then each friday in the original thread, I am going to put my weight average (morning + evening/2).
