You are definately right shep, that's one of the reasons I put my bodyfat % in the other thread. I know those scales aren't very accurate, but it will server as a good base/reference point. I'm assuming quite a bit of muscle atrophy over the last 4 years since I quit working out, otherwise my target weight would be higher.

 

Since I have been pretty much sedentary for the last 6 months to a year, I'm starting out slowly.

I'm pleased, down a solid 2 to 2.5 lbs it looks like. That's a good rate on a / week basis. If I can drop between 2 and 3 lbs / week for another couple weeks, then 1-2 lbs / week after that, I'll be in good shape, pun intended.
