Apparently they thought it was going to be a no-plot action flick and it wasn't. I haven't seen it, or the old TV show, so I can't really comment. anonymo December 12, 2005 Share anonymo Member December 12, 2005 I saw it, and I used to watch the cartoon. The movie strays from the cartoon, obviously. However I feel they did a great job dumbing it down to the level of the average movie goer so that they could understand what was actually going on, and leave with a sense of captivation with the story line. If you're a hardcore fan of the cartoon, expect to be dissapointed. If you've never seen the cartoon, expect to enjoy this somewhat less than the original Matrix...ohhh...the second time through...
