Last night I suddenly heard this loud screaching sound that sound coming from the laptop. Kinda like a drill trying to drill through hardened steel. I killed its power and tried to reboot the laptop this morning so I could attempt to back it up, but it just reported "Non system disk." Looks like I'm shopping for a new HD What really makes me mad is I was gonna do a backup of the entire laptop to my new Desktop's 200GB drive Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
