Apparently I'm banned, never realized it, I haven't been in the server in awhile(usually I just play in whatever server has people). Anyway, wondering what was the reason for the ban? While we wait, do you play under any other alias? How many siblings/neighbors/pets use your computer? Have you played on our servers before? Z3r0 Sum January 31, 2006 Author Share Z3r0 Sum Member January 31, 2006 (edited) Well I just did get back from winter break, so I took my rig home, had 1 younger brother who started to play CS more over the past 4 weeks. And my college roommate, but he doesn't play that often. (Unless u post an exact time and date of the offense, I can tell if I was at class or home) Um, I have a dog, she's not really into FPS tho, she's more of a RTS player. (never had the reaction time, but I still love her) Other Alias, not that I can remember, I have been using Z3r0 Sum for about the last 6 months or so from what I remember. (Unless of course my bro or roommate played on a diff. name) This is my first post, although I have played on GC servers before. (I'm not really one to get involved with forums unless I grow super attached to the community, with the amount I play CS if I started forum posting I think I would have to become a 24/7 hermit, heh) Like, I said when I get online I pretty much just find a server with 20+ people and start playing, so I don't really have any server favorites. That or Chicago servers just cuz I go to school in Chi town. Other than that, I like long walks on the beach, hazelnut crumbcake, and cold tall glasses of water. Z3r0 Sum February 1, 2006 Author Share Z3r0 Sum Member February 1, 2006 I acknowledge I was Matt from IT awhile back ( like I said before it was awhile ago, I wasn't sure how long or if I even played on the GC server then) Matt from IT was my tag when I used to play for the wth clan. (Wicked Team Fraggers) A great group of people and great server, I was part of the community and their team for awhile so I had the tag, but left after awhile. I would never represent their community/team in a negative light. There was a debate about my name during that time, from what I remember. I had instances where I was able to play on the GC servers with no problems including several admins allowing my name, and then another time an admin had scolded me for having the wth tag, which I thought was unfair alienating me for representing a legitimate clan/community that was not an acronym for the profanity most people first assume with "wth". I had assumed the incident passed without any consequences from the start, I had simply not played on the GC servers anymore because I did not want it to cause more trouble. I never meant any disrespect or profanity on your servers and I apologize for wrongdoing. If I had known I was a banned I would have apologized and rectified the situation much sooner. Like I said I no longer play for the wth anymore so there would never be an issue regarding an inappropiate name. Sorry again for the inconvenience, I hope it won't have a negative effect on my eligibility to play on your servers, I am a mature player who likes to have fun in a mature community. I read the rules, and hope you'll allow me to continue to play on your servers. P.S. Sorry for not recognizing the search, I put in my steam id and came up with nothing.
