also do i need to have hl2 fully installed to make the maps work correctlly becuase right now i only have css installed

You probably don't need to have HL2 installed, but it's a possibility.

You'll only get invalid spawns if the spawn points are touching something. Check to see if the little guys' feet are touching the ground, if they are just raise them up 1". They need to be above the ground, not touching at all (doesn't make sense but that's the way it is). Wherever you click to place the spawns should be ok, but once you start moving them it's possible they'll touch something.

If none of your lights are working at all, make sure you're actually running RAD when you compile, it's the third thing down.

Leaks should not cause problems with either of these things, but they will cause there to be only direct light after VIS fails.

It sounds like you've definately got a those spawn points intersecting with objects, make sure you've got enough room between spawn points and above and below them as well.

Use the entity report to select each CT and T spawn point nad verify their position. Maybe you've got a couple in strange places, happened to me before...

Seems like maybe you have spawnpoints that touch each other. Looks to me like two CT Spawns at exactly the same location, and two T spawns separated by only about 24" (should probably be more than 32" apart).

I don't think you need to worry about that one, it probably has nothing to do with your map anyway.
