witt August 10, 2006 Share witt Member August 10, 2006 Has anyone else read this book? It's a response to all the people crying that today's pop culture is dumbing down our society. Johnson argues that today's tv shows and video games, along with the internet, are actually making us smarter. He goes well beyond the standard "video games improve dexterity and hand-eye coordination" argument. Not too long, check it out if you get a chance. farmerisme August 10, 2006 Share farmerisme Member August 10, 2006 Sounds interesting. Good news, I will add it to the list of books I want to read. Bad news, I have about 130 books on that list.
