Marching Band!!!!! music

Is anyone here in/used to be in Marching Band?

 

I do, and I play the Alto. Sax.

I was in Marching Band all 4 years of high school. I play clarinet and I was section leader for 2 years. Unfortunatly, Cleveland State University doesn't have a marching band (heck, there's no football team!) or I'd still be in it.

I play alto sax. Sax is sexy. Freshman so I'm starting to march at the football games this year. We played at a scrim game last week. First real game this Friday.

Had a pep rally yesterday evening, another one of the end of school today, and the game. All rocked. It wasn't very hot tonight since it was somewhat raining all around us so it wasn't bad in the uniforms.

I was in my high school marching band and I played the drums. I never really cared much for marching though mainly cause I hated the practices and there was always one parade that we marched in that was always 100+ degrees while wearing black pants and white shirts.

Lol I can relate. The July 4th parade was brutal. One year we had black T-shirts shirts and purple polyester pants. The Ts were to keep us cooler than if we wore the normal summer top. That year, the summer top would have been cooler Unfortunately, my high school had the least masculine of colors. Purple and gold ftw!
