When I went to Six Flags over Georgia last year they had different fast pass deals. Basically the more you paid the shorter your wait time was. Anyone know? They will stamp your hand with UV ink with something like 5-7 for a particular ride. - but that is giving out at anytime (not sure when) during the day before that. You come between that time and you have that on your hand. the will run a UV light over it.. and you will cut like 50-75% of the wait that's all I know.
