Admin should work. No, there is no command to see all the maps on the server.

 

change map:

say /map ctf_2fort

sm_map ctf_2fort

 

set nextmap:

say /setnextmap ctf_2fort

sm_setnextmap ctf_2fort

 

admin say:

say @hi

sm_say hi

 

ban player 2:

say /ban #2 0 cya never

sm_ban #2 0 cya never

 

mute player 2:

say /silence #2

sm_silence #2

 

kick player 2:

say /kick #2 don't be that guy

sm_kick #2 don't be that guy

 

unban m2:

say /unban "STEAM_0:0:808841"
