Broken Guitar Hero II Guitar and unopened Guitar Hero II game

The guitar is used, it only recognizes the down on the d-pad as input, not sure why...it's probably fixable.

I received a new guitar for Christmas, and it came with Guitar Hero II.

Anyone want them? Sale or trade, whatever.
