Fairweather October 12, 2008 Share Fairweather Member October 12, 2008 i just started incorperating olympic lifting into my workout schedual the past couple weeks to help improve my power n such for sports.. anybody else into this for of working out cause i'd deff be all ears to learn a couple new exercises, i never really appreciated how incredibly hard olympic lifting was till i started doing it.. freakin incredible to think those guys can put like 500lbs above their head and i can barely snatch the bar lol Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Squinty October 16, 2008 Share Squinty Member October 16, 2008 I personally don't use olympic lifting in my routine, because I'm still making huge gains, so I honestly don't know why i'm posting haha... But I know they help incorporate an increase in strength if you plateau. I haven't had to resort to that yet, so basically i'm posting because i'm interested?
