Shropshire Slasher November 24, 2008 Share Shropshire Slasher Member November 24, 2008 The Millenium Falcon AND Luke Skywalker leave Hoth at the same time. Somehow in the time it takes the the MF to hop around space a bit, hide in a giant sock puppet, and end up on teh Cloud City, Luke manages to cram in 20 years of Jedi Training? YoMamma November 24, 2008 Share YoMamma Member November 24, 2008 That's because George Lucas movies are always filled with plot holes and atomic bomb resistant refrigerators.

They cut out the part where the MF broke down and they had to have it towed to a Sam's Space Repair Emporium for repairs. They also cut out the part where Leia had to work the cost of the repairs off. It was a bit to risque for the audience they were shooting for. TheFirstMonk November 24, 2008 Share TheFirstMonk Member November 24, 2008 Well, Yoda tells Luke he's not ready when he tries to leave for Cloud City, so it's more likely he did not cram 20 years of Jedi training. Maybe 10 years tops; that Yoda knows what curriculum to keep and what curriculum to throw out.
