Lunk December 18, 2008 Share Lunk Member December 18, 2008 I've got a NAS setup on my network. I can access it just fine from all of my PC's. I can't seem to access it from my new Macbook. Anyone have any insight on this. It shows it in my shared list of my home folder. Just won't let me connect to it.

Lunk December 18, 2008 Author Share Lunk Member December 18, 2008 What file system is your NAS? Is it formatted with NTFS or Fat32? Good question. I honestly don't know. I think it may be in NTFS. But again, I really don't know.
ZeroDamage December 18, 2008 Share ZeroDamage Member December 18, 2008 Odds are, if it is NTFS, then that is your problem.
stutters December 18, 2008 Share stutters GC Alumni December 18, 2008 macos can read (only) ntfs since 10.4. if it is ntfs and you're going to need to write to it, uhm, good luck chances are IT won't let you use beta software to write to your NAS: http://www.paragon-software.com/home/ntfs-mac/ if it's not ntfs, what authentication process is there?
