Purchased a Black Magic Intensity Pro

I'm going to need a HDMI Splitter to forward video to my TV and PC. I've been various types but I still have no clue which one is better. can anyone shine some light on this for me?

I've never used one, but I'd avoid the third one you listed. 12 reviews, only 2 above 1 star. I'd probably go with the second.
