Rough translation at upper box : Unfortunately we must to interrupt/inform you, we got numerous reports/demands from your network. If you wish to use Youtube yet forward, you need to put in the "confirmed" code. It doesn't say what kind of report or demand our network sent (which I also doubt it did). Anybody got this?
