I told him its just too bad and he needs to stop crying. Of course he got upset but then he decided to try to kickvote me with a whole 3 people on our team this morning. His was the only yes so no harm was done but it was abusive and I told him I was going to post about it. Big whoop, just wanted do what I said I'd do.
